This window may be accessed at any time by selecting Take a Survey from the Help Menu. If QuoteTracker is not registered, either through a paid regsitration or as a client of TD AMERITRADE, you will be prompted and required to fill out and send the Survey:

 

As each required field, marked with an * is filled in, the * will no longer show.  Once you complete the survey, click the Send button to transmit the information.  Click on the Remind Me Later button to cancel and close the Survey window. If QuoteTracker is not registered, you will be prompted to fill out the survey again at a later time.
