| • | Which site you have selected as your quote data source. |
| • | The version of Microsoft Internet Explorer installed on your system (Netscape or other browsers do NOT matter). |
| • | Whether you are connecting through a proxy server or firewall. |
| • | If you have cookies set to enabled, disabled or to prompt in Microsoft Internet Explorer. |
