I just wanted to drop you guys a quick note to express my amazement with regard to your customer service. I cannot describe how much I appreciate your support and dedication to not only providing a great product but to constantly improving it as well. When I have relayed to others how quickly you respond to technical issues and rectify them I am often returned a look of skepticism. Whilst this reaction is unfounded we all know from where it is derived. In this day and age of one size fits all products with little or no support when they go wrong, QuoteTracker and its’ staff shine like a diamond.

Quote Tracker has been invaluable to me in my work as an investment advisor and portfolio manager over the years. It is strong enough to use as a reliable source of performance monitoring for client portfolios. Access to graphs of price histories is fast and flexible. I also find that the capability to sort tickers based on several variables such as volume traded and %gains during the day gives me a very fast way to discern which groups are moving and which stocks are reacting to news that may not yet be available.

My only complaint is that the price is too low!

I have been trading for more than 25 years. During this period, I have used most of the popular software packages and services. One of the biggest problems has been lack of responsiveness as well as quality of customer service provided by most vendors. Support provide by Jerry Medved for QT is unsurpassed. The quality of the support and the software is not matched by any vendor at any price. As a management expert, I believe that Jerry Medved and QT are headed for great success.

Excellent piece of software! As a professional software developer, I can appreciate the hard work that went into this quality product, and I applaud you for giving the small investor the opportunity to be competitive in the trading arena. There are few software products I've ever bothered to call a "masterpiece" and would publicly endorse, but without reservation your product qualifies for this title, and looking back in history I'm sure small investors would consider that crown worth awarding, It's no wonder on CNET it has received a perfect 100% user rating from investors who use the product and consider it stellar!

I know I contact you all more than occasionally with questions and such, and of course, you are helpful and speedy so that you always exceed my expectations. Once in a while I suggest a change or what I think would be an improvement and you are always gracious in your response. But, more importantly, I appreciate the result of your efforts, QuoteTracker. You constantly improve what has always been a superior software product, and it is therefore something most of us cannot live without. I don't know how many of you there are out there, but it must be like an anthill, considering how fast the service is and how fast the upgrades/betas flow out. Thank you all for creating QT and for all that you do for all of us who are your customers.

I don't really give much thought to how you could make QuoteTracker better, its already pretty good. I know you guys are always improving your great product, so I resisted telling you to add Keltner Bands, a couple of months ago [they were added]. I have written to you before about my fondness for your product, but I need to say version 2.4.8H takes your product to a level that exemplifies the talent and imagination you guys surely have. Your product was the first thing I found 2.5 years ago when I started trading, hell I still have that version somewhere at home. I can't say enough about how great Quotetracker is and the support you provide us with. The new beta version just kicks butt. Once again keep up the spectacular work, your team is awesome.

Quite simply the most comprehensive trading tool available at any price. Absolutely indispensible to my trading regimen. The tweaks and updates that occur almost daily is like having a mechanic tune your Ferrari every single day. The best feature of all for me is the finely integrated trading module which allows for instantaneous orders to my online broker. With Quotetracker, I enter virtual heaven each and every businessday at 9:30am.

QT support is just awesome, as is the product. Recently while trying to upgrade through a download, QT noticed through their records that I had a problem with the download and sent me an Email asking if I needed help. In a 30 year career of system development & engineering this is the first time I've had a system developer recognize a symptom of a customer problem and advise of the availability of help.... amazing!!! I can say after using the product for several years that it the best on the market and their attention to detail is the reason. The constant improvement of the product is beyond compare and I know they will keep up the good work...

Dear QT Support I want to thank you sincerely for your prompt and helpful emails today. Your client service is excellent (the average time to respond to my 2 emails was less than 10 minutes) The more I learn about the QuoteTracker product, the more amazed I am at its functionality and strengths. In particular I like the multiple charts with realtime streaming feed. I use 3 index charts, plus up to 6 stock charts (each with 3 technical analysis indicators), plus my Watchlist with % Change and Direction Arrow. Yes, all that on a single screen. The Spike Removal facility is like magic .. maybe you just say it's your Wizard.
